Our Story

Since 1976, Emerge has been dedicated to improving the quality of life for individuals with disabilities in Central Maryland. With a compassionate team of parents, case managers, volunteers, and local employers, Emerge provides supported living, residential, day, and employment services to over 450 individuals. The organization operates under a steadfast no-discharge policy, ensuring that no one in need is turned away. By actively listening to the needs and preferences of customers, Emerge fosters a supportive community where individuals can thrive.
