Founded in 2008 by Gail Stutts Harrell, Ellis County Children’s Theater (ECCT) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to providing a platform for local artists and professional educators. ECCT fosters a rich educational environment for children aged 5 to 18 in Southern Dallas and surrounding counties, ensuring that theater and music opportunities are accessible to all, including those with special needs and from underserved communities.
