Our Story

Elevate USA, a continuation of Colorado UpLift, was founded to empower urban, at-risk youth through mentorship and education. Since 1982, the organization has evolved from a summer jobs program to a comprehensive initiative that teaches character qualities and life skills in public schools. With a mission to replicate the successful Colorado UpLift model, Elevate USA now impacts cities across the United States.

With 91% of Elevate students on track to graduate high school after three or more semesters, the program demonstrates significant improvements in educational success and social-emotional health.
