Elevate Jacksonville is part of a nationwide network dedicated to building long-term, transformative relationships with urban youth. Since its inception in 1982 in Colorado, the organization has expanded its impactful model to Jacksonville, Florida, in 2019.

The Elevate model has proven effective, achieving a remarkable 90% graduation rate for participants after three years, significantly higher than the national average of 60% for urban schools.
