Our Story
The Elementary School Heads Association (ESHA) was founded in March of 1973 by ten dedicated heads of schools who recognized the need for a supportive community focused on the unique challenges of educating younger students. The inaugural meeting took place in Princeton, where the foundation for collaboration and leadership was established.
Our Impact
ESHA is committed to empowering leaders in independent elementary and middle schools. By providing essential resources and support, ESHA helps educators navigate the complexities of their roles, ensuring that they can thrive in today’s educational landscape.
