Founded in 2004, Elemental Music emerged from a collaboration between the Maestro Foundation and local musicians to support young talent in Santa Monica. Under the guidance of orchestra teacher Peter Park, an afterschool youth orchestra was created, which quickly expanded into a comprehensive music education program. Today, Elemental Music serves students of all ages, fostering a diverse community united by a passion for music.
Since its inception, over 3,000 young musicians have participated in Elemental Music programs, cultivating a love for music and building a strong community through exceptional educational initiatives.
