For over five decades, the Elaine Clark Center has been a beacon of hope for children with special needs and their families in Metro Atlanta. Founded in 1969, this center has developed an innovative model of education and therapeutic play, ensuring that every child receives the support they deserve. The center has continually adapted its programs to meet the evolving needs of the community, including the establishment of the Frank Clark Memorial Scholarship Fund and a merger with Heart of Hope Academy.
