Our Story

El Buen Samaritano Episcopal Mission, an outreach ministry of the Episcopal Diocese of Texas, serves the Latino community of Central Texas. Initially focused on healthcare and food assistance, the mission has expanded to include youth programs, adult education, and financial assistance, fostering an inclusive community.

Impact

During the pandemic, El Buen Samaritano increased its service capacity from assisting 100 families a week to 700, serving over 48,000 individuals through its food pantry in the last three years.
