Since 2013, the Lab has collaborated with over 1,200 colleges and organizations, 1,000 employers, and thousands of learners to develop educational programs that cater to diverse populations.
Through various initiatives, the Lab has transformed educational pathways and improved career outcomes, especially in historically Black colleges and universities (HBCUs) and under-resourced institutions. Their efforts have led to skills-based hiring practices and micro-credentialing programs that enhance employability.
