In 2014, Alessandro's journey began in a remote Himalayan village, igniting a passion for education. This experience led to the founding of Education Access, a nonprofit dedicated to transforming the lives of girls in India through scholarships and local leadership.

In just five years, the organization has expanded from 7 to 352 scholarships, continually enhancing its offerings to include tutoring, mentorship, and essential skills training.
