Since 1987, Educating Students Together Inc has been dedicated to empowering African American students through educational opportunities. The journey began with a single Black College Tour, which opened doors for 35 students, igniting a passion for higher education. In 2002, the organization was formally established to assist foster and low-income youth in achieving their dream of a four-year college degree. By providing access to historically black colleges and universities (HBCUs), EST fosters a sense of belonging and limitless potential among its participants.

Impacting Futures

With over $6.9 million in scholarships awarded to the class of 2024, 96% of EST Scholars are on track to graduate, significantly surpassing the national average for African Americans. Every participant is low-income and has been accepted into college, showcasing the transformative power of education.
