Founded in 1989 by Pamela Carson, Educate the Children began its journey in Kathmandu, where the plight of children not attending school was evident. Starting with just three boys, the organization has grown to match sponsors with disadvantaged children, expanding its mission to include families and communities through an integrated community development model.
