Established in 2013, it serves as a vital part of the Columbia Parc at the Bayou District, a mixed-income public housing redevelopment in Gentilly, New Orleans. This initiative emerged in response to the challenges faced by the community after Hurricane Katrina, aiming to foster equity and opportunity in early education.
