The EPICENTER

Our Story

In 2004, Mountain Christian Church made a significant investment in the Edgewood community, fostering strong relationships and a deep desire for community flourishing. This commitment led to the launch of The EPICENTER at Edgewood in 2013, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that has served as a hub of programs, resources, and hope for the community for nearly a decade. In response to the challenges posed by the pandemic in 2020, a second location was opened in Aberdeen, designed to meet the unique needs of its residents. This new center offers childcare, summer camps, blood drives, food giveaways, and more, continuing the mission of empowerment and support.
