The Ed Snider Youth Hockey Foundation, established in 2005 by the late Philadelphia Flyers Chairman Ed Snider, is dedicated to teaching children essential life lessons through the sport of ice hockey. This initiative provides underserved youth from urban neighborhoods in Philadelphia and Camden, NJ, with the opportunity to learn hockey while fostering personal growth and academic success.

Since its inception, Snider Hockey has achieved remarkable results, including a 99% grade-to-grade matriculation rate and over $8 million invested in scholarships. The organization has positively impacted the lives of over 10,000 students, helping them make healthy life choices and become role models in their communities.
