Our Story
Founded in 1981, EcoWorks is a Detroit-based non-profit dedicated to creating just, equitable, and inclusive solutions to climate change and community sustainability challenges.
Impact
Thanks to the generosity of donors and sponsors, EcoWorks has generated over $3,000,000 in utility savings for Detroit Public Schools Community District since 2012, and provided an average of $750 in lifetime energy savings for 57,000 Eco-D clients since 2006.
