Established in 1986, Ebenezer Medical Outreach, Inc. began as a free medical clinic serving the uninsured and underinsured in the Fairfield West community of Huntington, West Virginia. Originally an outreach of Ebenezer United Methodist Church, it has evolved into a comprehensive health care provider, offering primary care, dental services, and various outreach programs aimed at eliminating health disparities.
