Eaton Community Health was established in 2016 as a nonprofit dedicated to enhancing the health of Eaton County residents. Initially a supporting organization of Hayes Green Beach Memorial Hospital, ECH became an independent 501(c)(3) in 2019, focusing on social determinants of health.
Through collaborative initiatives, ECH engages residents in neighborhood-led projects that significantly improve health and well-being.
