EASTSIDE CHRISTIAN ACTION GROUP

The organization's primary exempt purpose has been to facilitate and provide oversight for the development and operational sustainment of the Wheatley Heights Sports Complex. In 2023 the organization's mission/purpose was updated to the following: To empower the whole person through sports, physical health, and spiritual wellness; To promote pride in the eastside of San Antonio, creating connectivity in our community, stimulating sportsmanship, and modeling integrity; To contribute to the sustainability of the Wheatley Heights Sports Complex, provide programs that affirm personal dignity, and create initiatives that promote positive life skills; To prepare our participants for responsible citizenship, lifelong learning, and community leadership; To continuously seek to be a premier organization for positive change, contributing to making the Eastside a desirable destination for citizens of all cultures and diverse backgrounds.
