About Easton Choral Arts Society

Founded in 1977 by organist Florence Ruley, the Easton Choral Arts Society (ECAS) began as a small group of singers celebrating a new bishop's installation. Over the years, this vibrant mixed chorus has grown to approximately 50 members, dedicated to the appreciation of fine choral singing and excellence in vocal performance. ECAS has a rich history of performances, collaborations, and even tours in Europe, enriching the cultural fabric of the community.

Impact on the Community

ECAS plays a vital role in enhancing the cultural life of Easton by providing a diverse and inclusive platform for singers. The organization is committed to quality public performances and musical education, significantly impacting both performers and audiences through its extensive repertoire.
