Founded in 2015 by Rochelle Larsen, Eastern Idaho Down Syndrome Family Connect is dedicated to providing essential support for families raising children with Down syndrome. This volunteer-driven organization ensures that every dollar raised directly benefits individuals and families in the Eastern Idaho community.
In 2019, EIDS educated 1,904 individuals about Down syndrome and inclusion, hosted 33 impactful events, and raised $33,100 through the annual Dash for Down Syndrome race, which attracted 940 participants.
