Founded in 1965, the Eastern Carolina Vocational Center (ECVC) has grown to be the largest employment services organization for individuals with disabilities in eastern North Carolina. Located in Greenville, ECVC operates a manufacturing plant and a Custom Frame Shop, employing around 160 dedicated staff members.
Each year, over 165 individuals with disabilities receive vocational training, contributing to a combined total of over 10,800 work hours monthly. Through our placement program, an average of 4 clients are hired by local businesses every month, showcasing the commitment of 40 employers in Pitt and surrounding counties.
