Nearly twenty-five years ago, Early Learning Property Management, Inc. (ELPM) was established to tackle the critical issue of unlicensed, nonprofit early childcare centers. With a passion for early education and strong connections to the philanthropic community, ELPM has dedicated itself to providing high-quality centers that foster safe and nurturing learning environments.

Our Impact

To date, ELPM has successfully purchased, renovated, or constructed over 350,000 square feet of early learning space, positively impacting more than 46,000 young children and their families. By building strong collaborations in the early learning sector, ELPM is bridging the achievement gap that begins before kindergarten.
