Our Story

Established in June 2020, Early Childhood Learning Education Assessment Resource Network, known as EC LEARN, is dedicated to providing essential early childhood education resources across 12 counties in Northern Kentucky and 8 counties in the Salt River Region. As a local Child Care Resource and Referral agency, EC LEARN recognizes the vital role that quality early learning experiences play in shaping the future of children and families. By training early childhood professionals and educating families and employers, EC LEARN enhances awareness of available resources and supports the development of a skilled workforce in early childhood education.
