Founded in 1968, EAH Housing emerged from grassroots efforts to address the urgent need for affordable housing in Marin County, California, following the tragic death of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Over the years, EAH has expanded its mission beyond Marin, becoming one of the largest and most respected nonprofit housing development and management organizations in the western United States. With a dedicated team of over 750 staff members, EAH Housing develops and manages over 240 properties across California and Hawai‘i.
