Our Story

In 2000, Gayle McPherson recognized a pressing need in Winfield, Kansas. As a customer service employee at a local bank, she observed intelligent and capable women trapped in a cycle of chronic dependence on public assistance. Together with Nola Brown, she founded Eagle Nest, Inc., a faith-based nonprofit dedicated to empowering women to achieve success.
