Eagle Mount began with a dream to create opportunities for individuals with disabilities to engage in recreational activities. Founded in 1982 by General Robert C. Mathis and his wife, Greta, the organization started with a ski program at Bridger Bowl and has since expanded to offer a variety of adaptive recreational activities across multiple locations in Montana.
Through adaptive recreation, Eagle Mount enables hundreds of participants to enjoy activities like swimming, golf, and skiing, fostering a sense of community and personal growth.
