Founded in 2007 by Brian Harrington, Each One Counts Foundation emerged from a personal resolve to lead a more meaningful life after a near-miss on September 11, 2001. The organization was established to provide complementary pain management therapies for children with terminal illnesses, filling a gap in services that were previously unavailable.
