Our Story

Established in 2010, the Each and Every One Foundation is dedicated to providing job training, advocacy, and support for adults with intellectual developmental differences. Rooted in a family legacy in Mingus, Texas, the foundation was inspired by the founder's great grandparents who immigrated in 1906. The Mingus Job Accelerator was created to offer vocational training and job placement opportunities, empowering individuals to gain practical job experience and independent living skills.
