Our Story
Founded in 1917, the Duxbury Art Association is one of the oldest arts organizations in the United States. Established by renowned artists such as Charles Bittinger, John Singer Sargent, and Frank Benson, the DAA is committed to nurturing local art and artisans. Located at The Ellison Center for the Arts, the DAA provides essential studio, gallery, and office space, fostering a vibrant community for artists and art lovers alike.
