In 2018, the P.R.O.U.D. Program was honored with the Glaxo Impact Award for exceptional community achievements. The following year, it received the Making a Difference Award from Alliance Health, recognizing its commitment to quality care in Durham. In January 2021, the MLK Steering Committee awarded the program the 'Keeping the Dream Alive' Award, highlighting its ongoing dedication to youth development.
