Our Story

Durham Congregations In Action (DCIA) unites diverse faith communities to advocate for racial justice, social equity, and human dignity. Established in 1969, DCIA began as the Center City Church Council, focusing on the needs of the elderly and expanding to support children and youth through collaborative programs.
