DURHAM CAPITAL FINANCING CORPORATION

To assist the County of Durham, North Carolina in carrying out its municipal and governmental functions through the acquisition, construction and operation ,sale or lease of real estate and improvements, facilities and equipment for the use and benefit of the general public. Participation in the following projects: 1)1991 Jail Facilities and Computer Equipment Financing; 2) 1994 Hospital and Office Facilities Project; 3) 1997 Refunding of the 1991 Project; 4) 2009 Health and Human Services Project; 5) 2012 Refunding of the 2009B Certificates; 6)2013 Refunding of 2010 Project (Durham County Courthouse) (Durham Capital Financing Corp was not involved in 2010 Project); 7) 2016 Refunding of the 2009A Certificates; 8)2020 Project to finance costs for sewer facilities, public school facilities, redevelopment of Park Center, acquisition of Land for Durham Technical Community College; 9) 2021 Project to finance schools, public storm sewer, Public Safety Service Center; 10) 2023 Project
