Our Story

The Duluth Community School Collaborative (DCSC) was founded in 1999 to tackle inequities in the Hillside neighborhood schools. As the first organization in Minnesota to adopt the Full-Service Community School model, DCSC was born from the passion of neighbors and educators dedicated to enhancing the lives of students and families.
