Founded in 2014, Drop Zone Foundation began as a heartfelt initiative by Desert Fanatics to honor Veterans through a convoy of vehicles displaying the US Flag. This event, which started with just 100 vehicles and a modest $1,000 raised for the Arizona Veterans' Donation Fund, has blossomed into an annual celebration known as the Veterans Flag Run. Each year, the event garners more support, averaging around $20,000 in donations for various charities since 2018, even during challenging times like the pandemic.
