Our Story

Drilling For Life is dedicated to providing access to clean potable water for those in need, particularly in the remote communities of Kenya. Founded by Ron Weaver and his family after witnessing the urgent need for clean water during a visit to Northern Kenya in 2006, this organization has been operational since 2007. With a team of professional well drillers and business experts from the United States, Drilling For Life partners with local nationals to empower them in the mission of delivering life-saving water solutions, one well at a time.

Since its inception, Drilling For Life has successfully completed over 500 projects, positively impacting more than 1,000,000 lives through the drilling and equipping of solar-powered boreholes.
