Our Story

Founded in 2007 by six visionary businesswomen, Dress for Success Central New Jersey (DFSCNJ) addresses the unique challenges faced by low-income, underserved, and underrepresented women. Initially serving Mercer County, the organization expanded its reach in 2017 to encompass seven counties in Central New Jersey, dedicated to empowering women to achieve financial independence and stability.

Impact

Since its inception, DFSCNJ has positively impacted the lives of over 25,000 women, providing free workshops and support to help them improve their financial lives and achieve their career goals.
