DREAMWEEK JAX was co-founded by Dr. V Brooks Dunbar and Senior Master Sergeant Kenneth Roy Dunbar Jr. to elevate individuals and organizations in downtown Jacksonville. Since its inception in 1562, the organization has celebrated the city as a hub of dreamers.
