Dream Day on Cape Cod is a dedicated non-profit organization located in Brewster, Massachusetts, focused on bringing joy and respite to children with serious and/or life-threatening illnesses and their families. For over 31 years, Dream Day has provided a sanctuary at Camp Nan-Ke-Rafe, a beautiful 31-acre facility adjacent to Nickerson State Park. Each summer, families come together for eight sessions of family camp, where they can disconnect from the stress of hospital visits and reconnect with each other and others who understand their journey.

Creating Lasting Memories

Through engaging activities and supportive community, Dream Day allows families to create loving memories that transcend illness. The organization also hosts off-season events, including a cherished annual Holiday Weekend in December, all at no cost to the families.
