Dream Center of Jackson

Our Story

The Dream Center of Jackson was established in the wake of a devastating F4 tornado in 2003, which left many families homeless. Initially providing temporary shelter in an old hospital, the center has evolved into a faith-based educational ministry dedicated to helping women and mothers with children rebuild their lives. With a new facility opening in November 2023, the center will be able to house up to 100 residents.

Impact

In the past year, the Dream Center served 315 clients, including 125 women and 190 children. Notably, 68 professions of faith were recorded, 114 individuals moved into permanent housing, and 87 women secured jobs. Additionally, 154,975 meals were provided to residents.
