The Draw for Paws initiative was inspired by 8-year-old Scarlett Chwatko, a passionate animal lover and SPCA volunteer. Following her untimely passing in 2019, her friends, known as the Scarlysquad, took the reins to continue her vision of supporting animal welfare through artistic expression.
Over 300 artists from around the world have united to raise tens of thousands of dollars for animal rescue efforts, showcasing the power of community and creativity.
By donating $20 or more to the SPCA, supporters receive a personalized portrait of their beloved pet or favorite animal, making a direct impact on animal welfare and rescue initiatives.
