Drag Story Hour NYC produces engaging storytelling and creative arts programs for children and teens, presented by local drag artists. These programs take place in libraries, schools, and community spaces across all five boroughs of New York City, as well as virtually. By celebrating gender diversity and fostering empathy, DSH NYC empowers kids to express themselves freely.
In 2021, DSH NYC produced 67 in-person programs and 141 virtual programs, reaching 863 children in person and thousands more online. Most programs are free, ensuring accessibility for all.
