Our Story

The Sinclair Health Clinic was established in 1986 to address the urgent healthcare needs of uninsured and underinsured individuals in the Winchester and Frederick County area. Founded by the Winchester/Frederick County Community Services Council, the clinic has transformed from a small operation in a church basement to a fully operational health facility located at the Our Health Kendall Community Campus. In 2017, the clinic was renamed in honor of Dr. Terry Sinclair, a pivotal figure in its establishment and long-time Medical Director.
