Down Syndrome Network Oregon began in 2002 when two mothers, inspired by their children with Down syndrome, recognized the need for a supportive community. What started as casual coffee meetings has blossomed into a vital resource for families, friends, and individuals affected by Down syndrome. Over the past 20 years, DSNO has become a cornerstone of support in Oregon.
