Our Story

The Douc Langur Foundation was established in 2007 following the discovery of the largest population of red shanked doucs at Son Tra Nature Reserve in Vietnam. This critical survey revealed 300 individuals in 12 groups, representing about 40% of all red shanked doucs in the country. The foundation's mission is to ensure the survival of these beautiful primates through dedicated conservation efforts.

Impact

Through habitat conservation, research, and community involvement, the Douc Langur Foundation is committed to protecting the Douc Langur and their wild habitat for future generations.
