Our Story

The Dormont Public Library began its journey on May 8, 1936, initiated by the Kelton Parent-Teacher Association. Over the years, it has evolved, relocating and expanding its services to better meet community needs. Incorporated in 1946, the library has continually grown, enhancing its facilities and programs to serve the Dormont community and surrounding areas.
