Dorcas Ministries originated from the Dorcas Fellowship, founded by Mr. and Mrs. Yu Man Wan to support Chinese immigrant workers in New York City. Initially focused on teaching English and sharing the Gospel in garment factories, the ministry has grown to include church services and community support, officially incorporating in 2005.
Providing essential social services, Dorcas Ministries helps the Chinese immigrant community in Brooklyn navigate language, employment, and cultural integration challenges.
