Our Story

Doors of Hope is dedicated to empowering women to break the cycle of addiction, homelessness, and incarceration. Established in the Rutherford County Correctional Work Center, this initiative has expanded to provide education and transition planning across all correctional facilities in Rutherford County, operating five days a week.

Impact

Participants in the Doors of Hope re-entry program experience remarkable success, with a recidivism rate of just 3% for those engaged for over six months. This achievement highlights the effectiveness of the program in transforming lives and fostering sustainable employment.
