Our Story

Founded in 1971, Door to Hope began as a residential treatment center for women battling alcohol and drug addiction. Over the years, the organization has expanded its services to provide essential behavioral health programs for the entire Monterey County community. Collaborating with local agencies and supported by generous businesses and individuals, Door to Hope has developed ten compassionate programs aimed at helping infants, children, teenagers, men, women, and families.
