Founded in 2016, the Domestic Abuse Legal Advocacy Center (DALAC) is a nonprofit law firm dedicated to providing pro bono legal services to residents of Minnesota domestic abuse shelters. With over thirty years of experience, founder Evon M. Spangler recognized the critical need for legal advocacy in empowering victims to escape violent relationships.
